By accessing or using Talentra WorkHub ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including administrators, portal owners, and end users.
Talentra WorkHub is a SaaS platform that allows businesses to create client and employee portals connected to data sources such as Google Sheets and Airtable. The Service enables administrators to configure portals, manage users, and display structured data to their clients or employees.
To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the Service to store or transmit unlawful, harmful, or offensive content; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service; or violate any applicable laws or regulations.
You retain ownership of all data you upload or connect to the Service. By using the Service, you grant Talentra WorkHub a limited license to process and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to use and share any data you connect to the platform.
When you connect a Google account to Talentra WorkHub, you authorize us to access your Google Sheets and Drive data on your behalf. This access is used exclusively to provide the features of the Service. You may revoke this access at any time through your account settings or directly through your Google account permissions.

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will endeavor to provide advance notice of planned maintenance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Talentra WorkHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, through appropriate legal channels.
