Talentra WorkHub integrates with Google Sheets and Google Drive via OAuth 2.0. We request access tokens to read and write spreadsheet data on your behalf. We store these tokens securely and use them only to fulfill your requests within the platform. We do not sell or share your Google data with third parties. Our use of Google user data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a managed cloud database service. We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure token storage, and role-based access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
We use the following third-party services to operate the platform: Supabase (database and authentication), Google APIs (Sheets and Drive integration), Airtable (optional data source integration), Vercel (hosting and deployment), and Resend (transactional email delivery). Each of these services has their own privacy policies.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share data only as necessary to provide the service (e.g., with our infrastructure providers), or if required by law.
